Kumeu Cricket Club is having junior Muster day on Friday the 21st October at Huapai Domain, Kumeu 3:30pm to 6:30pm. We offer cricket for kids and adults. Every year we send a team of year 7/8 to NW games and do very well, let's see if we can get some younger students interested too. Please see Mrs. Lloyd if you are keen to make a team.

Riverhead tennis lessons: notice From Amy Shipley:
KIDS TENNIS: Due to a couple of late cancellations and securing the services of a third coach to assist, I have 1-2 spaces come up in each of our kids tennis coaching sessions: 8.30am (5-7 year olds), 9.30am session (8-10 year olds) and 10.30am session (11 year +). If you have a child who might be keen then please let me know via email amyshipley@clear.net.nz or mobile 021 687 348. The cost is $80 per term ($5 club levy) and starts this Saturday through to December 10th
Senior cross country was a HUGE success - well done to those who took part. Lots of tired legs by the end of the day!

APPLES
Please keep collecting your YUMMY apple stickers and pop them on a sheet from Boris. At the end of term we will collect them up and send them away to hopefully get some free sports gear.
TENNIS COACHING:

Starts Saturday Feb 6th - Saturday March 20th

ReplyDeleteAn awesome opportunity for year 7/8 students has come up. It is aimed at those students who enjoy playing cricket but can't / don't want to enrol in a club for a season. Games will most likely be played on a Tuesday afternoon and it's FREE!
